This whole book is basically an ode to love & perfect for Valentine’s day. Some of the recipes are extremely questionable (Pink Chicken) but others are amazing, re: Love in a Shell which includes 16 scallops cooked down in a shallot, white wine & cream sauce, or Crêpes with Honey Soufflé Filling.
