The Hollywood Museum

This is a tourist trap, but it's fun and camp as well. If you have $15 to spare and feel like spending a few hours seeing movie memorabilia (including a replica of the prison from Silence of the Lambs, an extensive collection of Marx Brothers relics, and many many signed film posters) and the old Max Factor Building (Max Factor being one of the premier innovators of the makeup industry, and the biggest makeup artist to the stars), definitely worth a visit. Also right next door to Mel's Diner, so you can have lunch when you're done. Warning, it is pretty cumbersome & can feel a little claustrophobic in areas, but it's not that busy, also cannot guarantee that any of the memorabilia they claim is real actually is lol.
