Slow Smoked Mackerel with Chili Flakes

I love canned tuna, but in my opinion it’s not the best to buy from fishwife (the cans are very small, & for the same price/less you can get something of similar/better quality). What I really love from them is their mackerel, smoked rainbow trout & smoked salmon.
