Radicchio, La Rosa del Veneto (Organic)

One of the most beautiful parts of winter in LA is the radicchio varieties we get. So many shades of pinks & greens that make your lunches look like paintings. I made a really delicious salad with some rosa del veneto radicchio, a persimmon dressing, burrata, pink lucy glo apples , etc.
