Bobe

Bobe was our last dinner of the trip, and really our only dinner that wasn’t super casual. I don’t recommend everything we got, but here’s what I thought was exceptional:

• Definitely get a cocktail or mocktail (I got the Lemon in lemon in lemon, which is gin, lemon purée & thyme & was perfect), the fennel pollen golden fries, herring toast (tiny, so you’ll need minimum 2 per person), & the caramelized bread with cardamom ice cream. Lightest & creamiest ice cream ever. Maybe get the celeriac if you want a vegetable, it was our favorite of the night but not totally necessary imo.
