Yuzu Duo

The best Yuzu juice. I’ve used it in desserts (yuzu curd is one of my favorite ways to use it), marinades, sauces, butter infusions, etc or just to replace lemon juice in water or whatever. One of the founders of Yuzu Co suggested I make a Yuzu cheesecake, haven’t done this yet but it’s on my to do list. The founders are awesome too btw
