I’ve never made these myself. Fresh okra has an extremely short shelf life and that’s always intimidated me but, were I to pickle them myself, I’d probably try this bon appetit recipe. I get mine from the grocery store and I think the brine contains garlic, mustard seeds, dill, and red pepper. It’s a delicious snack especially with a semi-hard cheese
