Goose will take you out of the inner city, just about a 15 minute walk from Nørrebro, and there’s not much around but the pastries here are well worth it. We tried two and I wish we tried them all, also i’m not a pastry person at all. The black sesame sticky rice spandauer was like nothing i’ve ever had before & truly rocked my world, the combination of textures and flavors were just perfect & the lamination in the pastry on its own would’ve been enough to make me happy. The kaya butter croissant… i have no words, just one of the most delicious things i’ve ever put in my mouth. I was googling where to find and how to make Kaya jam for the next 20 minutes— they have some in their refrigerator for purchase, but I wasn’t stopping by my airbnb anytime soon, i regret this. We had congee, which was okay imo but my stomach really needed it after 4 days of travel.
